Free Shipping

Free expedited shipping worldwide on all orders over $300 USD.
Once your order is confirmed, you will get a confirmation E-Mail from us, we will transfer your order to our logistics department. Your order will be prepared-packed and delivered as soon as possible. This process might take between 24 and 48 hours.
Subsequently, we are sending all orders with expedited service all around the world during business days.
Unfortunately, we will not be held responsible for delays due to tax regulations, customs or local tax fees.

2 Year Warranty

All our items have 2-year manufacturer warranty. In case you’ll need to claim the warranty,
please, contact us and we will handle your issue promptly.

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. We offer a 60 days money back guaranteed on all orders. This policy is effective from the date of delivery, Please note that only orders placed directly through elos-me.com are eligible for the money back guaranteed.

Delivery and Return Policy

All our products are brand new; each product has a warranty. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of order placement. Free shipping on International orders (outside the USA) on all orders over $300. All other international orders will be charged at checkout according to destination and package volume. International orders may require duties or additional fees to be paid in your country for importation. Please note these fees are assessed as part of the import/ costume duties. We accept all returns just make sure the product is not defective, with all accessories (if applicable). Pack item/s in the original package or use a secure carton, make sure to enclose the packing slip in the package. We recommend using an insured shipping method as we cannot be responsible for merchandise that is lost. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed.  In case of a return we will credit your original form of payment. elos-me.com will not be held responsible for delays in receiving/ sending the goods due to tax regulations and/or local tax fees.
