So far, I couldn't be happier with the machine. It's easy to use (after reading the instruction booklet, of course) and I'm pretty confident it will work (when I zapped areas of my leg that I missed while shaving, I actually saw the little hairs shriveling up). It IS important, as they say, to shave beforehand because a) it hurts less and b) no burnt hair smell. (Posted on 10/2/2017)
